The '1968' Candle
The Artisan ‘1968’ Celebrates the brands special year. May 1968 marked a turning point in history that modernised society. The youth marched the streets of Paris to demand freedom of expression and further demonstrations spread across Europe. It became a pivotal moment that marked societal change. This involved the Arts and lead to creative change in Cinema, Art and Fashion.
Our luxurious scented candles are housed in dark amber vessels with a rich dark wood lid / stand, scented with carefully constructed scents. Made in our atelier with 100% natural plant wax and botanical oils. You can choose from any of our 6 scents and we will construct it for you.
The labels use art canvas off cuts from the artist in the next studio in our residence, personalised and printed to your specifications all in our house ‘wood type’ font and stitched with our signature red line that is the beat that runs through all our products.
If you wish to send the candle directly as a gift, we would be happy to add a message in the package for you. You can email either a handwritten or typed personal note and we will include it with the candle box.
